Stephen J. Beck, MD

Stephen J Beck, M.D. has practiced dermatology and skin cancer surgery in Longview since 1983.

He attended the University of Texas where where he received a B.A. degree with highest honors in 1975. His Honor Societies include Phi Beta Kappa and Phi Kappa Phi. He then attended the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, TX where he received his M.D. degree in 1979. He would remain there for his rotating internship and later took residency training at Texas Tech School of Medicine in Lubbock, TX from 1980-1983, serving as chief resident in dermatology in 1983.

Special Certifications include being Board Certified as a Dermatologist by the American Board of Dermatology in 1983. He is the member of many medical societies including:

Texas Medical Association
Texas Dermatological Society
Gregg County Medical Society
American Society for MOHS Surgery
International Society of Cosmetic Laser Surgeons

He is the past president of the Gregg County Medical Society and a past board member for the Longview Regional Hospital. Dr, Beck has received many continuing education awards by the Americam Academy of Dermatology and the American Medical Association.
